WHAT WE DO

We travel the country working with a wide variety of clients, from Camelot, operators of The National Lottery, Merlin Entertainments, Stagecoach Bus and Liverpool ONE, the award winning retail and leisure destination.

Our work for our clients ranges from creating a content strategy, incorporating PR and Digital, to delivering major national press conferences and coming up with creative stunts to achieve cut through on quiet news days.

Crisis communications is also a key element of all briefs, including drawing up crisis comms strategies and taking our clients through a series of tailored “real life” potential situations. We are experienced and comfortable operating in fast-moving crisis situations to protect our clients’ reputations by expertly managing reactive media messaging.

RECENT WORK

  • Influential created experiential goody bags for key media across the region, including TV presenters, to build excitement around The Blackpool Tower’s 125th anniversary. The media drop included a circus performer which resulted in large scale interaction across social media, together with mentions by the presenters at the end of the evening news programmes on both BBC NWT and Granada.
  • We worked with high profile influencers including Oli White and Mark Ferris to promote The Blackpool Tower as a top tourist destination among 16-24 year olds – a key target audience. This involved both Oli and Mark spending time in the resort, posting images and videos about their experiences.
  • Arranging and organising press conferences for some of The National Lottery’s biggest ever winners, including Frances and Patrick Molloy who scooped £115M – the fourth biggest win – and Ade Goodchild who scooped £71M – both on The National Lottery’s EuroMillions draw.
  • Executing impactful stunts to illustrate The Blackpool Tower’s attractions. We revealed a list of words and phrases which some visitors to The Blackpool Tower Dungeon had asked not to be used as they were deemed “offensive.” We created a spoof list of alternatives which resulted in lots of chatter in the national media, featuring on Sky News.
  • Engaging with children’s celebrity Andy Day to further bring to life a dinosaur reality app and experience at Liverpool’s retail and leisure destination, Liverpool ONE.
