  • Managing PR around the largest European real estate deal in science and technology in 2018: the launch of a 50:50 JV between property group Bruntwood and Legal & General, called Bruntwood SciTech.
  • Running a multi-location public consultation exercise, and integrated PR and digital campaign, for the £850m Mayfield regeneration scheme in Manchester, for developer U+I and the Mayfield Partnership.
  • Delivering a two-stage public consultation exercise along with integrated communications strategy, comprising stakeholder relations, digital and PR campaign for Everton Football Club’s proposed new state-of-the-art stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock, and the Goodison Park legacy project.
  • Curating a keynote debate on the importance of people to placemaking. Hosted with Manchester Metropolitan University, we brought together thought leaders from the property industry, headlined by entrepreneur Nick Johnson, whose inspired reimagining of Altrincham Market has transformed the town.
  • Working in partnership with London boroughs, our communications strategy has enabled leading UK contractor Morgan Sindall Construction to reach and engage key audiences and showcase its role in delivering landmark regeneration and education projects across London, including transforming Lambeth Town Hall and Civic Centre.
