Regeneration leaders set for UKREiiF 2025

Leeds is once again set to host UKREiiF 2025 – an event that in just a few short years has become the centrepiece of the events calendar for regeneration leaders and major brands in the built environment.

We’re supporting some of the industry’s biggest names – including Morgan Sindall Construction; LandsecU+I at Manchester Mayfield; MEPC and its NOMA development in Manchester; Downing, the UK student and co-living developer; and the Sci-Tech Daresbury campus in Liverpool City Region; along with a number of transformational Muse and ECF schemes from across the country. In the wider world of supply chain and specialist consultants and organisations, we are also working with Drees & Sommer UK; Impact Data Metrics; the N8 Research Partnership; and Ainscough Cranes during the three-day conference.

Influential is curating three high quality events – two private roundtables and one panel session before an audience. On behalf of Morgan Sindall Construction, agency director Chris Hulme is chairing a session focused on science and industrial strategy for London and the Home Counties and the key steps required to develop the region as Europe’s fastest growing life science superpower. The panel guests include former Science Minister George Freeman MP. It takes place on Wednesday May 21st, 10.30-11.30, in the Barton Suite within the main Royal Armouries Building.

Influential’s on location team includes two of our own real estate leaders – Sarah Gilmour – Senior Account Director, and Daniel Ash, Account Director, who are managing a number of journalist meetings, interviews and content projects for our clients.

One in two women feel unsafe walking alone after dark near their home. At the same time, fear of crime and anti-social behaviour features significantly in the lives of young people, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those of us with disabilities.
